the White collective ego in 6 minutes

White people are a funny bunch…

lemme rephrase that…White people that actually LIKE / COSIGN / ENDORSE this song are a funny bunch.

it’s hella funny how these White artists are so GASSED…GASSED UP OFF OF THEIR WHITE FANS.

I mean, you got Eminem who drops this BULLSHIT…talking about “RAP GOD”…this fool is NOWHERE NEAR a fukcing RAP GOD.

he’s just a White boy that got a whole bunch of White fans that have the (White) PROSPERITY and PRIVILEGE to buy up all his corny ass records.

same thing applies to MACKLEMORE…another LUKE-WARM White “Hip-Hop” “artist” that has a SHIT-TON of OVERLY SUPPORTIVE White fans…fans that BUY his music and VIEW HIS VIDEOS more because he’s WHITE than because he is DOPE – – – which we at HAYWIRE know WAY better than.

have you seen the latest music video by Justin Bieber? (All That Matters) – – – straight CO-OPTED BULLSHIT.

same thing with Robin Thick and Justin Timberlake.

all i’m seeing is MULTIPLE ELVISES…that’s right.

the Black people of THIS GENERATION have to endure MULTIPLE, SIMULTANEOUS Elvis Presley’s.

this new batch of PRESLEY’s straight TAKE YOUR SHIT and SUBLIMINALLY DISS YOU with your own shit while concurrently NOT GIVING YOU ANY CREDIT and not giving back to the ORIGINAL COMMUNITY where the whole culture started in the first place.

every time i turn around, i’m seeing a White “artist” with that LOOK like he’s doing doing what Black people do BETTER than Black people.

i’m telling you…these guys aren’t even making the shit fun anymore.

they parade their mediocre artists on the radio NON-STOP like these guys are really something special (in comparison to Black artists) and give those same guys AWARDS in BLACK GENRES OF MUSIC like you wouldn’t even believe.

White artists have completely lost their minds…and what’s REALLY a shame is that the Black music COLLECTIVE is too WEAK, SELF-CENTERED, and DISCONNECTED to even want to ADDRESS this FARCE that is taking place.

HIP-HOP IS DEAD…IGNORANT, GREAZY, SELFISH BLACK PEOPLE KILLED IT…and WHITE PEOPLE EXHUMED THE BODY OF HIP-HOP and ATE IT.

i guess they feel that they can now make these BULLSHIT-ASS, BOLD, ILLOGICAL, ERRONEOUS claims now since Black people are so divided and disenfranchised.

DIVIDE and CONQUER is REAL…and we are seeing it in FULL SWING in BLACK music and culture TODAY…as in RIGHT NOW…as in the very second you are reading this.

  1. rap god is idiotic and all he can do is beat up on gay people to seem tougher than macklemore…

if people like their hip hop with a dose of homophobia, they will love this one.

    eminem is very boring

    • i agree…

      BUT

if Macklemore was REALLY in support of marriage equality, then he would ADDRESS the lyrics of this particular song AND denounce it.

but we both know that Macklemore just made SAME LOVE to increase his fan-base…not because he REALLY BELIEVES and fights for anybodies rights, lifestyle, or orientation.

  2. “…ADDRESS…AND denounce it.”

this is a good political attack.

let’s say that some crazy left wing blogger says that every republican is racist.
(even if it’s true, not important)
but let’s say the writer uses all kinds of hateful and graphic images.

then anyone on the far right who wants to score points can go to obama and demand that he comment.
“do you denounce mr. blah blah blah and his hateful speech?”

(we see this all the time.)

but obama isn’t responsible for mr. crazy left wing political blogger.
to comment implies responsibility and apology on some basic level.
it also gives credibility/publicity to the original material, no matter how misleading or hateful it was.
it’s a political trap in many ways, that works well.

    because…

if you don’t denounce it, then you seem like the bad guy.

    good technique.

  3. ain’t about secretly hating anybody…it’s about being a poser.

    but anyways –

i don’t expect White people IN GENERAL to demand ACCOUNTABILITY from their hero(s) in any way, shape, or form.

  4. Interesting that Macklemore convey a more positive message than 99% of mainstream black artists in the same genre, yet you’re still here talking about white people and accountability…posers even. It’s time to help clean up your own backyard as there are many MANY more fruitful pursuits and endeavours than making broad, exaggerated and basically unintelligent gestures about a piece of the puzzle that is quite insignificant, if by your words, you think you are somehow helping the cause…… but no….. you’re the one posing here aren’t you… you are just merely using this as a soundboard to cry about white rappers for no particular reason other than the fact that they are white… because you don’t provide any real substance other than this.

The truth is this….you can’t be black… reading through your posts, you sound VERY white tbh. Stop faking it.

    • “Interesting that Macklemore convey a more positive message than 99% of mainstream black artists in the same genre”

there is DOUBLE-STANDARDS in ‘mainstream / commercial’ music.

White people IN GENERAL get away with ALL KINDS OF BULLSHIT that “99%” of Black people can’t get away with…in ANY context, ‘HIP-HOP’ included.

Black people are the ORIGINATORS of POSITIVE MESSAGES IN HIP-HOP…PERIOD…and don’t forget that.

AND Macklemore’s “positive message” is mainly for WHITE PEOPLE…because he makes WHITE PEOPLE MUSIC…unless you’re trying to imply that Black people need to heed what Macklemore is saying in his songs – – – which would be comical – – –

      • “Black people are the ORIGINATORS of POSITIVE MESSAGES IN HIP-HOP…PERIOD…and don’t forget that.”

do you think white people should be allowed to listen to those black positive messages?
        or should they be prohibited?

“AND Macklemore’s “positive message” is mainly for WHITE PEOPLE…because he makes WHITE PEOPLE MUSIC”

again. how are thrift shops only for white people?
how is gay marriage only for white people?
how is a party where the ceiling can’t hold us only for white people?
how is a cadillac only for white people?

how is obamacare only for white people?

      • “do you think white people should be allowed to listen to those black positive messages?
        or should they be prohibited?”

sure they can listen to the messages; but i don’t think that White people were ever confused about the FACT that those messages were MAINLY made for Black listeners.

they knew the messages weren’t for them, but they still found the music to be entertaining.

      • again. how are thrift shops only for white people?
how is gay marriage only for white people?
how is a party where the ceiling can’t hold us only for white people?
how is a cadillac only for white people?

how is obamacare only for white people?

none of those are ‘BLACK’ issues (with the exception of Obamacare)

my point with Obamacare was that it’s more of an issue to Black people than it is to White people.

    • “you’re still here talking about white people and accountability”

…damn right i’m talking about ACCOUNTABILITY…all White artists do (and have BEEN doing) is take / bite / copy / water-down / co-opt BLACK CULTURE and turn a profit from it…and don’t do SHIT for the people they took it from…the White ‘artist’ takes EVERYTHING HE CAN, REPACKAGES IT FOR A WHITE AUDIENCE, and doesn’t even MENTION the plight that BLACK PEOPLE HAVE gone through, ARE going through, and WILL go through in this systematically racist society.

all White artists do is take a bite and leave the rest.

and all White fans do is hype up White artists WAY BIGGER than than they really are; which hurts the genre as a whole.

    • ” you are just merely using this as a soundboard to cry about white rappers for no particular reason other than the fact that they are white”

i wouldn’t mind White rappers AT ALL if they were honorable…if they actually PUT BACK what they TOOK.

but they don’t do that…they just TAKE and RUN and hide behind Black disenfranchisement and White power / privilege.

    • “you don’t provide any real substance other than this.”

“substance” is subjective, and this platform is a great way for me to archive and convey my observations, thoughts, and standpoints.

    • “The truth is this….you can’t be black… reading through your posts, you sound VERY white tbh. Stop faking it.”

      “you sound VERY white tbh”

i don’t know whether to take that as a compliment or an INSULT.

  5. You continue to focus on and present a distorted perception of white music and white people, while some are on point, you fail to acknowledge black accountability and the absence of black role models in current popular music. This is where your argument falls flat. Addressing one side but not the other side… the major issue here is not in some corny white boy spreading a positive message to the masses in the name of Hip Hop, it’s black artists continuation of spreading socio economic indifference. The sooner you realise this, the better, but I suspect by reading your posts that you are not at all here for the promotion of the enlightenment of black thought…. you seem to only want to present a very narrow scope but pretend to yourself that you have an absolute understanding. The truth is you dont… I don’t but you’re a long way off.

You wouldn’t be the first white person to pull this type of shit btw….and to say that I sound white is funny. You really have no idea.

    • “you are not at all here for the promotion of the enlightenment of black thought”

      i sure am.

and it’s a MISTAKE to think that following a White person’s (or ‘artist’s’ paradigm is synonymous with “enlightenment”.

embracing a White artist is equally as damaging to the Black collective psychology as embracing a White Jesus…and i’m here to inform all Black people of that particular FACT.

    • “you seem to only want to present a very narrow scope but pretend to yourself that you have an absolute understanding.”

      my “scope” is FOCUSED.

i only talk what i know to be true to ME. i only talk about my conclusions based on my calculations and experiences.

my “scope” is indeed narrow, because i FOCUS on HIP-HOP / RAP culture…because it is BLACK culture…and i SPEAK what i LIVE…i speak what I AM.

i only step outside of my specialty when i relate seemingly unrelated issues to the OVERALL issue…and the OVERALL issue is White privilege FUELED by White supremacy.

and yes, there IS White supremacy IN HIP-HOP…TODAY…and that’s what i am here for…to address it.

      • Mmmhmm, and there you go, self centred and short sighted. You need to broaden your experience as you clearly seem to lack the subject matter to make well balance, real world calculations. I wouldn’t call anything you’ve displayed here a ‘speciality’ unless ignorance counts.

      • say what you wanna say…but i WIN when you can’t refute the facts.

btw, i’m impervious to ad-hominem logic.

if you come up on my blog trying to debate ME, then you need to start pulling out some NUMBERS to stand behind your points.

    • “you fail to acknowledge black accountability and the absence of black role models in current popular music”

it’s not so much that i have failed to acknowledge Black people’s accountability…you just haven’t read the post(s) where i go in on Black people too. there’s a lot of material on this blog, so don’t feel bad about not being 100% informed / up to speed.

      • Actually, you’re the one that’s not up to speed here. You’re still crying about white rappers…. you’re over two decades LATE.

You’re lost if you think racial indifference is the key but at least you’re not alone.

      • i never said that “RACIAL INDIFFERENCE” was the “key”.

those are all YOUR words; NOT MINE.

        “you’re over two decades LATE.”

        HARDLY.

two decades ago, a White rapper wasn’t the #1 TOP-SELLING RAP ARTIST OF ALL TIME.

two decades ago, a White face wasn’t the (OVER-RATED) face of SEATTLE HIP-HOP; which i happen to take personally.

‘SUPERSTAR’ WHITE HIP-HOP ARTISTS are more of an ‘accomplishment’ for the White race as opposed to the Hip-Hop CULTURE.

White people just BUY their way to the top, and act like DISPARITIES and WHITE PRIVILEGE had nothing whatsoever to do with their ‘success’.

i don’t have anything against White people per-se…i just have something against DISHONEST, SELECTIVELY-STUPID, MEDDLING White people.

    • “…you fail to acknowledge black accountability and the absence of black role models in current popular music.”

      gotta disagree here.
haywire has been pretty clear about this. one of my favorite examples is this one from october 15>

“HIP-HOP IS DEAD…IGNORANT, GREAZY, SELFISH BLACK PEOPLE KILLED IT…and WHITE PEOPLE EXHUMED THE BODY OF HIP-HOP and ATE IT.”

i think there is no problem identifying the breakdown of the sex/drugs/guns pop rap culture. we all saw it happen. and, by the-year-of-the-white-rapper® 2013, rap was essentially dead anyway. thirty-five to forty years is a long time for any culture to jump off…

  6. “i just have something against DISHONEST, SELECTIVELY-STUPID, MEDDLING White people.”

Hahaha well, at least that gave me the best laugh I’ve had all day. Fair enough, can’t argue.

    • “Fair enough, can’t argue.”

      THANK YOU.

      …the same as i can’t stand IGNORANT / GHETTO / RATCHET, SELF-LIMITING / SELF-HATING, ‘YES-MASSA’ Black people.
